Returns & Exchanges Policy

General Principles

You may evaluate the products within the cooling-off period stipulated by law. Please keep the following rules in mind:

• You may request a return within 14 days following delivery without giving any reason.
• Items must be unused, free from perfume/make-up traces and must keep original hangtags attached.
• Hygiene seals must remain intact; otherwise returns are rejected.
• Invoices and all accessories must be included in the parcel.

How to File a Return

Follow these steps to initiate your return:

• Send an e-mail to info@estensivo.com mentioning your order number and reason for return.
• Fill in the return form we share with you and prepare the item in its original packaging.
• Use the courier company we provide and keep the shipping receipt/track number.

Exchange Requests

Subject to availability, you may switch to another size or item. Exchanges are handled through the same logistics flow as returns.

• Exchange requests must also be submitted within 14 days.
• If the requested item is out of stock, we complete the process as a refund.
• Custom-made products cannot be exchanged.

Non-returnable Items

• Used, washed, altered or tag-removed products
• Cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear and similar goods that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons
• Customized pieces produced in bespoke sizes or colors

Shipping & Fees

• The first return/exchange shipment is free of charge with our contracted courier.
• If you prefer another courier, any extra cost belongs to the customer.
• Please protect the garments in their original boxes to avoid transit damage.

Refund Timeline

Once the quality check is completed, we reimburse you according to the original payment method.

• Payments processed by iyzico are refunded to the same card within 3-5 business days.
• Bank transfers are returned to the IBAN you provide within 7 business days.
• For instalment payments, your bank may reflect the refund in instalments; this is under the bank’s control.
