Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Estensivo (Halide Edip Adıvar Mah. Balcı Sk. No:4 Şişli/İstanbul, info@estensivo.com, +90 (212) 221 97 12). Buyer: The natural or legal person whose details appear on the order form.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The agreement covers the qualities, sales price, delivery and payment terms of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer, together with the rights and obligations of both parties.

3. Product Information & Pricing

• Key characteristics, tax-inclusive prices and delivery fees are shown on the order confirmation page.
• All official prices are in Turkish Lira. Currency conversions are for information only.
• If stocks are exhausted or a system error occurs, the order is cancelled, the Buyer is informed and the amount charged is refunded within 7 business days.

4. Payment & Invoicing

• Card payments are processed securely via iyzico Payment Services Inc.
• Card tokenization and instalment options offered by iyzico depend on the issuing bank’s approval.
• An e-invoice/e-archive invoice is sent to the registered e-mail after the payment is completed.

5. Delivery Terms

• Orders are handed over to the courier within 1-3 business days after confirmation; peak seasons may take longer.
• If the Buyer is absent, the courier leaves a notice; responsibility for collecting the parcel lies with the Buyer.
• If the parcel appears damaged, a report must be issued with the courier and the package should be returned immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days following delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

• Withdrawal must be notified to info@estensivo.com or via the online request form.
• The right of withdrawal cannot be used for custom-made items, hygienic goods or products that deteriorate quickly.
• After the notification, the products must be shipped back within 10 days.

7. Refund Process

• Returned items must be unused, with original tags and in a resellable condition.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days after the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller.
• Payments handled by iyzico are refunded to the same card following the provider’s procedures.

8. Warranty & Liability

• If a manufacturing defect is detected, the consumer may exercise the statutory rights (repair, replacement, discount, rescission).
• Products remain under warranty as long as they are used according to their instructions.
• Damages resulting from improper use by the Buyer are outside the Seller's responsibility.

9. Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts located at the Buyer’s domicile or the Seller’s headquarters have jurisdiction within the limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

10. Enforcement

By approving the order, the Buyer declares that all provisions of this agreement have been read, understood and accepted electronically.
